Euroline | Standard Houses | Durable houses |
Generally
| in terms of statics it meets all applicable standards and requirements of applicable legislation
| it is able to withstand the increased load – above the values required by current standards
|
Snow | - designed for III. Snow area (EC1) It withstand 30 cm of thick wet snow soaked in water (1.50 kN / m2), which is the average snow load for the territory of Slovakia and Czech Republic
| - Designed for V. snow area (according to EC1)
- Strong 50 cm thick wet snow soaked in water (2.50 kN / m2)
|
Wind | - resistant to wind load of the average basic wind speed in our country 95 km/h (26 m/s) (according EC1) (a horizontal force on the building is 1,63kN/m2)
| - will be able to easily withstand the increased wind force of up to 140 km/h (39 m/s) (According to EC1), which is the maximum basic wind speed in our country (the horizontal force on the building is 2.44 kN / m2)
|
Earthquake | - Most of our territory is under 6 ° (12-point scale MSK-64) with the designed seismic acceleration of 0.78 m/s2 (according to EC8), where it is not mandatory to verify the design of simple brick buildings for safety against earthquakes
- Explanation: 6 ° to 7 ° 12-point scale MSK-64 corresponds to 5 degrees on the Richter scale
| - will resist earthquake to 7 ° (according to 12-point scale MSK-64), therefore there are proposed structural measures such as strengthening of the construction vertical columns embedded in a monolithic outer walls and adding horizontal tension elements, if the object is without ceiling
|
Fire | - house in terms of fire protection is included in the first degree of fire safety where bearing, non-bearing structures and ceilings must withstand fire for 30 minutes
- Timber framework in classes C, D flammable
- Fireproof drywall ceiling can withstand fire for 30 minutes
- Thermal insulation of external walls with graphite polystyrene makes combustible construction unit
| - Concrete columns have fire resistance of 120 minutes
- Timber roof frame treated by fire protection coatings PLAMOR OK in class B-hardly flammable
- The fire-proof drywall ceiling resistant to fire from 45 to 60 minutes
- Floors insulated by mineral-basalt wool are nonflammable
- Fireplace body connected to a chimney with intake from the exterior
- Thermal insulation of external walls with mineral wool makes a non-combustible construction unit
|
Changes in the durable house project
- strengthening the foundations
- addition of a reinforced concrete columns in the external bearing walls
- addition of a reinforced concrete horizontal tension elements, if the object is without ceiling
- reinforcement of the timber roof structure or of the monolithic ceiling for houses with flat roof
- strengthening of the anchoring details of wooden roof for the higher vertical and horizontal load
- improving a house fire resistance
House price
By changing the project to the durable house version the price will increase by 4-10% compared to the price of the house in the standard version Bungalow 1171, for example, in the variant of DURABLE HOUSE is 4.4% more expensive than the basic version of the standard type. PRICE of the design in durable house variant: design price (€ 999 with VAT) € 400 + VAT (deposit for the project: € 700 with VAT)
